Tazzle 10 FM is designed for use as needed. You can take a maximum of one 10 mg strip in a 24-hour period and may take another dose only after 24 hours since the last one. The Tadalafil Oral Strip can be taken with or without food.

 

To use, tear the Zip Lock pouch and remove the Tazzle 10 FM plastic box inside. Open the plastic box cap in the direction indicated in the picture. The box contains a total of ten 10 mg Tadalafil strips. Take out one strip and place it on your tongue, allowing it to dissolve for 10 to 30 seconds. Afterward, close the plastic box, return it to the Zip-Lock pouch, and seal it.

 

The active ingredient in Tazzle 10 FM is Tadalafil, with each strip containing 10 mg of this compound.

 

Tazzle 10 FM is contraindicated in the following situations: patients who are hypersensitive to Tadalafil or any inactive components in the oral strips. It should not be administered to individuals using any form of organic nitrates.

 

Patients who have had a myocardial infarction in the last 90 days, unstable angina, or angina during sexual activity should not use Tazzle 10 FM. It is also contraindicated for patients with uncontrolled hypertension or stroke in the last 6 months. Those who have experienced vision loss in one eye due to Non-arteritic Anterior Ischaemic Optic Neuropathy (NAION) should avoid this product.

 

Warnings and precautions for using Tazzle 10 FM include: Healthcare providers must consider the cardiac risks associated with sexual activity in patients with existing cardiovascular conditions. Tazzle 10 FM should not be used when sexual activity is inadvisable due to cardiovascular health. Combining Tazzle 10 FM with alpha blockers, antihypertensives, or large amounts of alcohol (5 units or more) may cause low blood pressure.

 

If taking strong CYP3A4 inhibitors, the dose of Tazzle 10 FM should be limited to 10 mg every 72 hours.

 

Patients must discontinue Tazzle 10 FM and seek immediate medical assistance if sudden vision loss occurs in one or both eyes, as this could indicate Non-Arteritic Ischemic Optic Neuropathy (NAION). If an erection lasts more than 4 hours, emergency treatment is necessary. Patients should also stop using Tazzle 10 FM and seek immediate medical help if they experience a sudden decrease or loss of hearing. Caution is advised when using Tazzle 10 FM in patients who are at risk of priapism.

 

Common side effects, occurring in 2% or more of those treated with Tazzle 10 FM, include headache, dyspepsia, back pain, myalgia, nasal congestion, flushing, and limb pain.
